By affirmatively accepting these terms, or otherwise using the Services, you hereby agree with and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. As further described herein, your personal information (such as “name”, “contact details” etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by UNITED CVA or its service providers in the United States, India and other countries where such servers reside. You hereby agree with and consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States, India and other countries where we and our service providers hereby operate.

You possess legal right to withdraw your consent from UNITED CVA’s collection and processing of your information, or to the transfer of your personal information across borders. To request to withdraw your consent, please contact us on the details provided herewith. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or web property (including, without limitation, any application) that is available through the Services or to which the Services contain a link. The availability of, or inclusion of a link to, any third-party site or property on the Services does not imply endorsement of it by us or by our affiliates. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We will collect any and all information you provide to us, including the types of information described as follows.

  • We will collect any and all personal information that you choose to provide us. For example, we collect personal and related information when you communicate with us or submit a contact form to us. If you register for an account with the Services, or contact us via the Services, we require that you provide certain personal information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you personally which may include, but not be limited to, your name, email address, postal address, phone number, business name, type, address, and other contact information, business service area, job title, and any other information you choose to provide.

  • If you choose to use certain services offered, you may choose to provide certain information necessary to provide such services that UNITED CVA will store. To be eligible for listing on our platform as a manufacturer / supplier / retailer, you need to submit products for listing on our platform, you will be required to provide information relating to your company and the applicable products, which information will be subject to UNITED CVA’s review and approval. We will use your personal information to respond to your inquiries and to otherwise communicate with you.

  • If you choose to purchase any services, you will need to provide information required by our  platform to process the transaction. We will maintain a record of the purchases that you make and the sales that you conduct using the services provided by UNITED CVA. If you choose to make a payment on or using the Services (e.g., products sold through the Services), UNITED CVA may ask you to provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, as well as certain financial information (e.g., credit or debit card number) for purposes of processing that payment. Such information is sent directly to our third-party payment processor for processing. To make a payment, you will need to provide the billing name, billing address, card type, number, expiration date, and security code. UNITED CVA does not directly access, handle, or store your credit or debit card information. Our payment processor, may use your payment-related information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 
    In addition to the types of information described above and below in this section, information collected from registered  manufacturers or suppliers on the platform may include, departments that best describe your industry (e.g., Apparel, spices or condiments, leather articles or textile made ups etc.), company location, year founded, revenue, related media, social media pages etc., product information (e.g., names, categories, regulatory approval information, description, images, SKU numbers and other identifiers, product cost, MRP, pricing information, packaging and dimensions etc.), distribution information (e.g., manufacturing location, availability, product storage requirements etc.), and marketing information.  

  • If you choose to create, build, post, upload, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available on or submit or provide through our platform (collectively, “provide”) any messages, avatars, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, responses, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, or other information or materials, we will collect all such user-generated content. You are responsible for authenticity and credibility for all such user- generated content. You understand and acknowledge that certain features of our platform may allow or require user-generated content you provide to be made available to other platform users and that, accordingly, those other users may be able to access and use that user-generated content. User-generated content that you provide is transmitted at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that user- generated content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. You understand that, even after removal, user-generated content you have provided may remain viewable to and may have been copied or stored by other users of our platform.   • You may choose to receive certain communications from UNITED CVA via your email address upon interaction with the services. From time to time UNITED CVA may include surveys, information requests, or other features on the services which ask you to provide personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address or mailing address. Any information you may provide will be used by UNITED CVA to allow you to participate in the particular feature being offered. UNITED CVA may also retain any information you provide in order to send you information about UNITED CVA products and services that may be of interest to you. We may use one or more service providers to administer these messages. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

  • We may combine the personal and other information you submit or provide through the services with other information we have collected from you, whether online or offline. When you have gained access to our Services, we passively collect a variety of types of information, including, platform activity. We will collect information on how the platform and platform accounts are used, for example, the features users choose to use, user search parameters, data reflecting the purchase and sale of products using the platform, and other products, transactional, and market place data.

TECHNICAL AND LOG INFORMATION: 

When you visit our services, the system automatically records data and information about the user’s system each time the portal is accessed. Such technical information includes, without limitation, the type of browser you use, access time, pages viewed, your IP address (which may provide approximate geographical information) and the pages you visited. By way of example, we collect and use this technical information for the purposes of (network) security (for example, to ward off cyberattacks), to better understand our users’ needs, to continuously improve our website and to enable users to access the website from their devices.
Device Information:  We collect information about the Device you use to access our services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
Location Information: In addition to the approximate geographic location collected as discussed above, we may, with your consent, access more specific location information to enhance the user experience and increase the usefulness of the services of UNITED CVA. This includes both geographical location that you input using the services (e.g., when you enter a shipping address) and, as applicable, geographical location collected by device-based location services (including GPS data). Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various  technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our services and your experience, see which areas and features of our services are popular and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits and understand usage and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.
How We Respond to Do-Not-Track Signals:  Your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser may not have any effect on our collection of cookie information, including for analytic and internal purposes. Information We Collect From Other Sources:   We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our services. For example, we may collect information about you from third parties, including but not limited to, our affiliates, identity verification services, and credit bureaus.

  • We will send you important information regarding our relationship with you or regarding the services, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and / or other administrative information. Further our business purposes, such as marketing new products and services, data analysis, audits, developing new products or services, operating or enhancing our services, improving our products and services, identifying service usage trends, providing products and services, maintaining customer relationships, improving the quality, safety, and security of our products and services, administering your account(s), troubleshooting, supporting electronic signature, customizing and improving communication content, evaluating product performance, providing customer support and product support, and determining the effectiveness of our services.

Such purposes include, without limitation, to understand and analyse platform usage patterns and the needs of manufacturers, suppliers and retailers, to improve and enrich our products and services, the monetization of such aggregate data, and to license, sell, and otherwise distribute aggregate data to third parties. We may provide aggregate information to our affiliates and to suppliers, retailers, buyers, and other third parties (including users of our services) for these purposes; and to carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected, subject to applicability of the law.

Sharing Of Information : We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy -  with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, including but not limited to service providers who provide services such as website hosting and moderating, mobile application hosting, data analysis, infrastructure provision, IT services, e-mail services, marketing services, auditing services, and other services, in order to enable them to provide adequate services, with other users of the services as you may request, solely as necessary to  provide such services. For example, to facilitate product orders, or, as a supplier on our online platform, we may share business contact information with verified buyers so that they may more easily contact you; or with our affiliated entities for the purpose of direct marketing of related services and sending of invitations to sessions that we reasonably believe may be of interest to you, subject to applicability of law.
Third-Party Websites : The Services may link to, or be linked to, websites, or services not maintained or controlled by UNITED CVA. UNITED CVA is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties or any third-party websites, applications, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, applications or services or to any information that you may provide to third parties. You should read the privacy policy for each website, application, and service that you visit or use.
Compliance: UNITED CVA will use a self-assessment approach to verify compliance with this Privacy Policy and periodically verify that the privacy policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, implemented and accessible. If you believe that your personal information has been processed or disclosed in violation of this privacy policy, UNITED CVA encourages you to raise any concerns using the contact information provided in this privacy policy.
